These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 888jj ("888jj", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 888jj online gaming platform accessible at https://888jj.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

888jj is an English-language online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, table games and instant win titles to adults in international markets. The platform operates under an international gaming license. 888jj does not hold a license issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

In these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 888jj platform through which all gaming activity and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly converted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit or other non-withdrawable incentive credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by 888jj to confirm a Player's identity, age, address and payment methods.
• "Platform" means the 888jj website at https://888jj.cam, any associated subdomains, mobile applications and related services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory where access to or use of the Platform is restricted, blocked or unlawful, including jurisdictions where the operator does not hold applicable authorizations.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion features available within the Account dashboard.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real money balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which balances and transactions are displayed for users who have selected PKR as their account currency.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 888jj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, to the best of your knowledge and belief.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by the platform or any recognized gambling self-exclusion program.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 888jj or any affiliated company.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party — all accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 888jj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

888jj operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this typically means a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or international passport. Both sides of the CNIC may be required.
• Proof of residential address — a recent utility bill or bank statement (typically issued within the preceding three months) showing your full name and address.
• A selfie photograph or liveness verification check to confirm that you are the genuine account holder.
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits, where required by AML procedures.

888jj reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and suspend account activity pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions are the responsibility of the account holder.

888jj accepts deposits through the payment methods displayed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of your transaction. Available methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice. Current limits are always displayed within your Account dashboard before confirming a transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. 888jj reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal request until identity, age and payment verification are confirmed to the Platform's satisfaction.

All bonus offers and promotions published on the 888jj platform are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

• Bonus offers are valid for registered, verified players only unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Each promotion specifies its own eligible games, wagering multiplier, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry period and maximum convertible amount. Players must read these details before opting in.
• 888jj reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered shall be honoured to the end of their stated expiry period.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, or placing opposing bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Promotional offers are illustrative in nature. Amounts referenced in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome offers, PKR 1,000 referral credits) are examples subject to individual promotion terms and may differ at the time of any live offer.

All sports bets placed on 888jj are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport, event and bet type displayed on the Platform. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes. 888jj does not manipulate game outcomes.

888jj is committed to providing responsible gambling tools and support resources for all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment. The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available within your Account dashboard at all times:

• Loss Limits: Set caps on net losses over defined periods to protect against rapid account depletion.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with optional reality check notifications at intervals of your choosing.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888jj platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another individual to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors or manifest pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or any form of bonus abuse designed to generate a risk-free return.
• Using funds of illegal origin for deposits — money laundering is a criminal offence and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion or any other form of fraudulent gameplay in casino table or poker games.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the 888jj Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 888jj or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 888jj.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888jj, its directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunction, loss of data, interruption of service, or any decision to limit, suspend or close your account in accordance with these Terms.

888jj does not warrant that the Platform will operate free of interruptions, errors or security breaches. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

888jj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the security of other users.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to satisfactory KYC clearance and no outstanding wagering obligations) will be refunded to you via your verified payment method. Bonus balances are not refunded upon voluntary closure unless specifically converted prior to closure.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, fraud or prohibited conduct, 888jj reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is established, balances may be forfeited and reported to appropriate authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888jj holds its international operating license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.

For Pakistani users: this Platform is not regulated under Pakistani law. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local statutes and regulations, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice.

888jj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
